Change nameservers

I am a reseller and my company is currently changeing its name. As a result I would like to change the default name servers my customers use as a result to reflect this change. I understand that my cp url will change. How do I make this change and have no downtime for my users?

Ouch, that is pretty hard really, to be honest with you the easiest way to do this is to open another account and have it setup with the new domain, then to request us to move the customers to the new reseller account. That will be the best way to move with no downtime.

The other option is difficult, and requires removing and adding the server aliases, downtime would probably happen, and I would not recommend this method.
