Changing plan price and adjusting existing accounts?

I setup a plan but had the pricing incorrect. I have since changed this for the plan but how can I modify the existing accounts that are using the order lower price? I want to modify these so it shows the properly yearly amount. The clients have paid the first year as part of another project but I want the amount to be reflected properly when they check it via the control panel.
 
Since their billing period is yearly, any adjustment for payment would be done by Hsphere at the begining of new billng period.

You can add a debit note to their account equal to the amount of difference of old and new billing. Then credit their account manually with same amount. Make sure you add enough comments to the debit and credit notes.
 
Great thanks, that is what I was thinking, just add a one time debit charge and credit and then next period it will be correct.
 
Is there anywhere to define the taxes? I setup the monthyl rate pre tax, so is there a means to have the taxes applied in as well in the billing?
