Changing Plans (downsizing)

Hi Folks,

Wasn't sure which was the correct forum for this question is..but thought I would try here.

I currently am a reseller setup under the "SilverHost" plan. At this time I don't need that much and would like to downsize to the "ValueHost" plan.

There is an option in the H-Sphere control panel to do that. (Which I haven't actually tried yet)

A few questions:

Is choosing that option to go from SilverHost to ValueHost all I need to do? Or do I need to contact billing or something else.

It is critical that I don't have any downtime as a result of doing this..are there any catches I need to be aware of?

After changing will everything else stay the same? IP's, Contol Panel locations, domains, etc.

It is no problem, as long as you are not using more resources than the valuehost plan has in place just change the plans!
