Stephen US Operations Staff member Jun 8, 2015 #2 It's been up for a long while now we found signs the nic may be going out as the server was all responsive but was unable to pass traffic of any kind until fully rebooted. If this occurs again we will post a planned maintenance window to swap NICs.
