CL1-WINCF problem with OS, won't boot

These servers are discontinued and have been for years now, but some people have not moved away from them to other servers. There are a small handful of clients there were still on this server, and their sites are down now. CF services and other programming languages have been disabled on them for a long time now, but plain HTML and basic content was still being served. As of now it's not being served up and we're attempting to get it back up but may not be able to. The user HSHOME data is intact and we can get a ZIP copy of data from the unit if needed to move it to another server manually.

This is a 2003 server, which we weren't even going to move to the new infrastructure but a handful of people had not moved their accounts. At this point it does not look like this server will be coming back up but for the small amount of clients (really its 10 or less) still on the server, we'll help you by deleting your hsphere account and re-creating it on a new server and moving the files. We will backup any emails you have first, then help restore them as well. SQL DBs can be done the same way. As a matter of security and for standardized servers this is the best route forward, and enables clients to use modern ASP.NET versions and more features.
