The problem has returned and we are stopping web service on this server so we can repair.

We have resolved the issue for now, however we will soon plan a maintenance in near future to apply a better fix to the situation.

We are having to do a file system maintenance right now.

It has finished inodes, directory structure check.
currently it is checking group summary information.
