ASP.NET 4.5 will be deployed on Win11, this is something that can sometimes take an extended period of time, and will be started at 8pm tomorrow night. There will be several iis resets during this time and a reboot as well, while there will be moments the sites are not accessible they should not be down for a very extended period during the installation process.
