Cl2 Win14 Not Responding

The server is up after a force reboot, we were making a network setting change and all way done properly but the process hung upon applying. It was tried manually at the data center and continued to hang. Forced a reboot and all came up and the setting change was saved and no further work will be needed on the server, it is up and services all up again.
