Client reporting issues with spamhaus blocking

I got this from a client:

Spamhaus is shutting me down 2-3 days a week lately from sending emails from my domain to several of my clients. Any suggestions about how to resolve this other than waiting it out?

In the past, this was happening about once every 2 months, which was annoying enough, but I would just wait it out and re-send all those emails from my personal account. ...

Any suggestions on what I can tell her other than the usual blacklists are temporary? She's on mail3.

Will turning on SPF or Mail Domain Keys provide her any relief?
 
It sounds like her IP is blocked by spamhaus, maybe? this is something I've actually seen quite a bit.
 
Her IP? You mean the mail3 IP? Her PC's IP would be the same if she used her personal (RoadRunner) SMTP server as when she uses mail3 but she says messages sent via RR go through, those through mail3 get blocked.
 
What I mean is, I have seen recently people being blocked from sending, by mail servers, because their ISP is on the spamhaus blacklist
