Yes. Cluster2 will in part help us also prepare cluster1 for the eventual upgrade to 3.0
The move to create a new cluster is primarily to ease the burden on cluster1, which has grown pretty big and is putting alot of stress on the CP. If it gets too big, existing resellers could suffer from alot of slow-access issues. So we are taking steps to prevent that from happening.
