Hello,
I recently purchased a reseller account and so far I'm satisfied with it, but I have a small problem/doubt which I hope somebody will help me clarify.
This is one of the websites I uploaded, as reported by Windows on my local PC by right-clicking the folder and seeing its properties:
Size: 288 MB (302,277,258 bytes)
Size on disk: 347MB (363,884,544 byes)
Contains: 20,318 Files, 526 Folders
So I created a 500MB to host this site and did the upload (needed some assistance on this one, because for some reason WebShell wasn't too happy to decompress a ~200MB zip file), but the weird thing is that now when I go to the CP, it shows 472.61MB on Disk Quota, and I am receiving emails everyday warning me that I'm approaching my resource limit.
Some Tech guy told me this was because the zip file I uploaded was "still being reported even thought it was deleted after it was uncompressed", so I gave it a full day to wait and see, but the size didn't come down at all.
The only reason I can see for such a big difference (we're talking about 125MB here) is that the cluster size on the server where the files are is set higher than my local PC, and this is why having so many files is affecting my quota in such way.
Could you confirm this for me, please, and also, is there any workaround for this problem?
Thank you.
