Due to recent control panel slowdowns, we are planning a major maintenance. This is expected to resolve the issue completely.
Since the maintenance involves major work on Hsphere's DB, control panel will be kept stopped for this time.
This may take upto 6 hours to complete.

Maintenance starts Sunday, September 17, 2006 at 12:15:00 AM EDT.

Our helpdesk logins may not work properly since they authenticate against Hsphere's DB that is under maintenance.

Control panel is up for last 15 minutes and helpdesk should also work as usual.

Control panel maintenance for today was completed with above post. It took 2 hours 15 minutes in all. Right now we are allowing all pending jobs to be completed and monitoring its effect on general CP usage. The major hsphere routine that affects most will be started after an hour.
