Control panel quota problems

My control panel is showing 1.3GB of used space and it won't change even after I delete 850MB of files. i think it's stuck. Is this normal? As far as I know, I should have only 300MB in used disk space.

Any thoughts?
 
I deleted the files 2 weeks ago. I thought that maybe it would reset at the end of the billing cycle.
