Copy/Backup MS SQL Database

I know this has been discussed in these two threads:

http://support.jodohost.com/showthread.php?t=208
http://support.jodohost.com/showthread.php?t=537

but I am having a real problem getting that data off Jodo Host and onto my local PC in a way that I can use it. EM won't do a backup. The SqlAdmin web tool gives me errors and crashes. So I have tried using EM to do am Export from the Jodo Host SQL Server DB to my local DB. I get all sorts of strange problems from permissions to getting double data locally. I've also tried using EM to script the database and had problems with that too.

I have a complete DB setup locally and would like to zap all it's data (not the stored procedures, constraints or tables, just zap the dat) and import the data from Jodo Host. Can someone give a list of steps to do this, kind of like a how-to or tutorial type of instructions? I'm sure this would help a lot of people.
Thanks!

Hey,

Just in case you wanted to know. I just did a test and found if you create a "backup" database on your localhost(It can be empty) and you do an export from the source(which is on jodohost). It will create the tables and data. What else do you need.

Shamrox, you rox man.... thanks for this tip. For some reason I never throught of this process. This will work find for me. All I really want is a copy of the data and this sounds like it will do the trick.
