Copy-paste misuse?

One of my sites suffer a problem related to this post:
http://support.jodohost.com/showthread.php?t=8819
I didn't know about that, I could not even reach the forums. So, I reported this via live-chat.

After some message interchange, and several minutes of wait, the operator responded with:
"http://support.jodohost.com/showthread.php?t=8819"
And nothing else.

So, I clicked the link to get .... the same network error my site was showing !!

LOL, if there's a network problem why to give the customer a link to read !? :D

Reminder to myself:
In case of network error, paste the full outage notice to the customer, not a link to the notice ;)

on the other hand, many people COULD get here, it was very strange. So many people could read the link. There were people posting here through the whole time and actually helping with some tracert's
