I noticed that for the reseller plan that you specify that the cost is based on disk space usage and transfer usage.

What price are those billed at?

Does any disk space or transfers come with the reseller plan or is that an add-on price?
 
You get 2.5GB of disk space and 30GB of bandwidth

Based on disk space usage and transfer usage means that only actual disk and transfer usage counts against your quotas. That means if you allocate 500MB to a customer but he uses only 10MB of disk space, only 10MB from his account would be counted against your quota. Sames applies for monthly transfer
 
Additional Disk Space: $0.05/MB per Month
Additional RAM (VPS Only): $0.10 /MB per Month
Additional Processes (VPS Only): $0.10/process per month
Additional Dedicated IPs: $0.50/IP per month
Additional User Accounts: $0.50/User per Month
Additional Monthly Transfer: $2.00/GB per Month

That's towards the bottom of the reseller plan page

If you actually use the entire 2.5GB of disk space, you should be making enough money to upgrade straight to platinum :)
