cp account refunds

If I have used more cp accounts than the quota allocated to me and I remove one e.g the customer decides to go elsewhere before the annual billing period has expired does hsphere refund me for any months I have paid for in advance for this account

for example
I sign up customer for annual account
hsphere charges me $6 for additional cp account
customer leaves after 6 months

does hsphere refund me $3 ?

As per my idea of Hsphere billing, if this user was created when you were under your quota of free accounts, you may not see a refund. This is because, for Hsphere, it is just a free resource, you don't pay for it, so you don't get a refund. If this was created when you were above your quota of allocated free accounts, refund will be around $3.
