The CP is not allowing login to anyone including admin level logins, we are checking the matter on urgent basis.

We have found the issue, it is on the DB side, working to resolve it.

all is up now, the DB server had a kernel panic and had hung there, it required a reboot. We are researching the cause of the kernel panic as well.
