Create Email Account via Web

I created a site for a client using ColdFusion and they need to be able to create and delete email accounts for their domain. However, I'm not so sure I want them to login to the control panel to do so. I would much rather create a interface built into the site that would allow them to maintain email accounts.

Is something like this possible. If this can be done using ColdFusion that would be great as I'm more familiar with it.
 
there is an API but I know of no example in CF at all, and the docs are a bit spare :)
