Creating new billing user

Hi,

One of my customer signed up for a plan at $10/month. I went into user moderation and allowed to create his account. He paid through 2CO which is external to HSphere so I want to know what else I need to do? I mean do I need to manually credit his account with $10 in HSphere or is it not necessayr and it will work without it?
Secondly how do I set grace period for him so that let's say after 30 days his account is not automatically disabled but should continue to work for the next 7 days or so.

1. 2CO payment has to be credited manually.

2. Setting up suspend days effect all the customers. If you have setup that, then only thing you could do, is increase the credit limit of this account from your reseller CP. Then remove it after 30 days.
