Customer Website Down

Our customer's website is still not working, I have checked the servers and they are fine. His alias are sort of working. Could someone look at it to let me know what is going wrong? The website worked 2 days ago and hasn't since.

I am not able to see this website on our end at all. Is there anything that you might recommend that I try to be able to see the site?
 
What do you get if you go to ping the site (start, run, cmd, ping domain.com)
