We have been given notice of Power Maintenance at Miami Exchange as follows:
Primary Dates: 1 Apr 2008 11:00 AM - 1 Apr 2008 4:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time
Location of Maintenance: Miami Exchange Building
Summary Description of Maintenance: Preventative maintenance on First Floor power equipment will take place. This will require transferring load to generator power and back. Building engineers, Electrical engineers, HVAC technicians, and CRG West Operations will all be on-site throughout the entire maintenance window. Best practice and procedures will be employed throughout the maintenance and we would like to ensure that all relevant tenants are aware of the activity.

This is simply a maintenance period for the datacenter, and no outages are expected, the switch should happened seamlessly and without any glitches in the process.
