Deleting users

Could you delete those two users from kasic_SoftValleyDB:

kasic_svFORM and kasic_svWEB

I've tried but I can't see them from mssql manager.

This is can only be done via ticket, as we need to know what server etc.
We also need to make sure you are authorized to make such request

How can I identify as authorized?

This is just a usernames that is set for permissions for stored procedures so that anyone who is authentificated with kasic_svWEB can only execute those SP's.
