Is there any way for us to change directory permissions through the Control Panel?

If you mean you want to deploy a .NET application in a sub directory, please wait to be shifted to the new Win2003 servers. We are not doing any custom requests anymore on the Win2000 servers. If you don't want to wait, you can carry out the shift yourself (see announcements)
