Disconnected from HSPHERE

It looks like my database has somehow become disconnected from HSPHERE again. I logged in today, after having not checked anything for a couple days and saw this:

How does this keep happening? Is it happening to anyone else?

I went ahead and put in a ticket, but I don't want ANYONE to mess with the database itself.
 
This has nothing to do with your database. HSphere refuses to talk to the MS SQL server. We're working on this.
