DNN and SQL Permissions error

I have spent about 2 weeks trying to set up an new DotNetNuke site and I have been getting a FileIOPermission error when I go to the host setting tab. After creating and deleting a bunch of test sites I think I have found the part of the problem. I was able to get a site to work by setting up the database on sql5 using a different account. All the db's I set up on sql11 and sql9 gave me the error. Also it seems that I cannot see my databases on those servers as well. In researching this I came upon a comment about installing the membership role provider. The one thing I know for sure is that there is something different between the sql servers that is causing the error. So far support has been no help at all. I'm very disappointed with them. Anybody have any ideas?

SQL5 and SQL9 are exactly the same, MSSQL11 is differnet, but none of that has any bearing at all on IO Permissions error at all

Any idea as to why I cannot see any db's except master in sql11

Because you need to use EMS Management Studio 2008 Lite, techs normally give the URL to that pretty regularly.

MSSQL10 and 11, and MSSQL1/2 on cluster2 are all configured the same way.

Steve, I'm using that as well and all I can see are master and tempdb.

then you need to put the DB name in during setup

SQL 2000 and SQL 2005

That is the difference between it 5/9, and 10/11/1/2 I mentioned beforee
