When I ping any of my customers mail servers like mail.clientdomain.com I always get back mail.hostingdomain.com or mail?.hostingdomain.com where ? is a number.
However for one client I am seeing mail5.m****here.biz.
Why is this? How do I fix it so it returns mail5.hostingdomain.com like the others do?
