DNS Unavailable?

Hi...

I'm trying to add a domain alias to one of the client sites and it seems the new ns3 and ns4 servers keep returning unavailable.

I've added these to my admin account and they show up as ns3.gnhost.net and ns4.gnhost.net, but when I try to add them to the registrar's DNS list, it keeps giving me a host unavailable error.

The old site name is on ns and ns2, the new alias is on ns3 and ns4 and that shows up in the DNS configuration options.

Any thoughts on how I can fix this?

did you create ns3 and ns4 with your domain registrar? You must first create these name servers exactly like you created ns1 and ns2
