Hi we have had a clients site working absolutely fine for months but today they are having some issues viewing their website / sending email.
I have done a DNS Lookup from here ...
It is saying ...
Attempt to get a DNS server for accountax.net failed: accountax.net does not exist in the DNS.
This is seriously concerning? We have made no modifications as far as I am aware. My support ticket number is HKS-97338-356 ... what has happened?
