All our are servers are currently running at full capacity and we have therefore been forced to reject new account signups for the time being. Domain additions to the Control Panel are also not possible at the moment. We were suppose to be adding a new HSphere server cluster by this week but plans for that have been cancelled. We are looking to switch to a new Control Panel system (Helm & CPanel) due to various issues we have been facing with the HSphere Control Panel. With Helm and CPanel, we'll be able to provide more features and automation to our customers than ever before
We are hoping that we can have a new cluster setup within 2 weeks at the most. We appologize to existing customers who can't add new domains at the moment. We have been left with no choice because our servers are already running at maximum capacity. Allowing new domain additions could lead to stability issues. The only alternative for customers who need to setup new domains immediately is to shift to another provider. We will offer a full refund to customers who decide to leave.
