domain transfer question?

Today I transfered my bizmation.com domain name from bulkregister.com (my old registrar) to the domain.jodohost.com registrar. I went ahead and paid for it via credit card, got an e-mail confirming it. When I log in to my account, it says that I owe 8.50 and it still hasn't taken effect yet. I know it's only been a few hours since I transfered the domain, i'm just curious as to how long it will take for me to get it back working? I really really really really need to get my email working asap.

Domain registration paid through 2checkout is activated manually. On the other hand if paid through Paypal, domain is actived right away.

Your domain is active now.

Also in future, to get quicker response in billing related issues, please send an email to [email protected], mark it emergency.

I've got one question though, inside of my control panel I click send authorization email to confirm that it's alright to transfer the domain but yet i'm not receiving an email?

is something wrong or does it take a while to receive this email?
