Domains automatically renewed

I found an article on the internet recently that some hosts do not automatically renew the domains or send out reminder notices to their customers.

Could you please tell me if Jodo automatically re-new domain registration when it expires (obviously providing the customer has not requested otherwise)? Or do you send out reminder notices? Or is it purely the customers responsibility?

We send notices to renew, I will ask the billing department in a few hours if we auro-renew

It is purely customer responsiblity. If we do that and a customer comes saying he do not need domain renewed, we end up losing money. On the other hand, Hosting service is renewed automatically, at the end of every billing cycle, as per our Terms of Service.
