As of 3 days ago my customers are unable to send email via web mail to any mindspring, earthlink email address.
Error message:

Connected to 207.69.200.133 but sender was rejected.
Remote host said: 550 Dynamic IPs/open relays blocked. Contact <[email protected]>.
