email down and cluster question ?

I have logged a support ticket, no answer yet

How do I find out what cluster I'm on and which email server ?

No email is down today at all, to find out email server just ping mail.yourdomain.com and it will reply with the mailX server name in most cases.

BTW you are on mail3 CL1
 
Due to a spamming issue, IP of the Mail server got blocked at some points causing which mails weren't delivered. However, we have made an alternative solution and mails are delivering fine now.

Also replied on ticket. In case any problem persist then please update us on ticket.
