Seems most of the time it's people having trouble with support, so I thought it would be nice to post a thread of good service.
Today I had a few issues with the trouble ticket system and my anonymous ticket desk for my customers. I got ahold of Deepak and he resolved all my issues in a very short amount of time and was very helpful throughout the entire process.
