Extra charge out of the blue

Hi,

I have a reseller account with plenty of bandwith allowance, storage and accounts (19 out of 30).
I've just discovered I was charge extra $10.50 two weeks ago.
I saw this in my billing reports. First, I thought it was an error, until I reviewed my bank statement and I saw the real charge.

What is this about?

I also have a couple of $0.50 charges in my billing report. These were not charged in my bank.
They correspond to an account does not even move a lot, and other for a deleted account.
Hard to understand.....
