Forum time incorrect?

Is it just me, or is the forum time off again? It is showing one hour earlier than it really is. Did they "spring back" instead of "spring forward" for Daylight Savings Time? For instance, I am posting this at 5:22 pm, EST. What does the post's timestamp say?

Seems to be off by an hour.. I use GMT on this forum and it shows 8:22 pm. EST is GMT-5, and I assume they're using DST there atm so that would be GMT-4. 5:22+4 should be 9:22

It is wrong, I have told Tanmaya, but he doesn't think about it being they don't have Daylight Savings time there, it should be +1 hour.
