has anyone sent secure email from code?

i need to send a secure email from a web page and then un encrypt it on my machine.

i've done this on other servers with aspemail and aspencrypt.

also got code for .net 2 however this will not run on jodohost due to permision trust level issues.

i would be very great full if anyone could give me some example code or at least tell me if it is at all possible.
