Help Desk Tickets

I've created a couple of tickets at the Help Desk recently - and they've been handled quite promptly!

However, they don't show up in the Ticket History list - is this something I need to open a ticket for? :wink:

I do get the e-mail notice with the ticket, and the reply from the help desk person...it just doesn't seem to show up in the history.

Kindly open a new ticket with helpdesk login url and login credentials.We will try to fix it.

I opened a ticket, and now I can see all my old tickets! Not sure what the problem was, but as usual it's fixed!
 
The problem was change of Contact Email id of your account. Whenever you change your account's contact email id, you have to update us about your old and new contact email id, which needs to map all the tickets raised using old contact email id with the new one and that was the problem.
