I need a honest answer from someone who's been a reseller here, on how the email support and service is. My trust has been tainted with my, going to be, old reseller provider. Please give me some feedback.
I wud say, look at it this way:
There is email support, helpdesk, Live chat, and Phone support. all 24/7.
So, you cant fail to get support really.
I have been given excellent support so far. Jodo staff certainly seem to be excellent.
Jodo definatly does have a very good reputation!
The most common issues (and some more uncommon ones) are handled in a timely manner.
I've had some problems (for example) with a VPS account that sometimes take longer to fix than I'd like, but generally I think support is satisfactory.
