some of my clients are trying to login into their emails via webmail, and keep getting the "wrong pwd" messages...

i have tried resetting the passwords too, but to no avail....

any ideas?

Kindly see if they are using the complete user name
i.e. [email protected]. If still they are facing the
same problem then kindly submit a support ticket
so that we may check it.
 
indeed, they are using the whole email. i have confirmed this by trying myself.

i have also submitted a ticket (about 2.5 hours ago) and have yet to receive a response.
