How do I take a backup?

Can someone tell me how to take a backup of my domain and my MySQL database?

I use to be able to do it with H-Sphere there was an account backup icon. But I can't find it anymore.
 
You are on a different cluster now, which had the account backups feature but it was not working properly, it is something we are aware of.

You can take a SQL backup from phpMyAdmin, just do an export, and you can backup in webshell.
 
I have been trying to take a backup with web shell and its not working. Everytime it gets to 15% it gives me an error message and stops the download.

The download has been stopped because the connection has been reset and/or the server is too busy to continue. Please try again later.

So how to I take backups then if the other program isnt working either? I need to take a backup right away of my entire account, all domains and everything outside the domains.
 
Send a ticket and we will prepare the archive for you, and then you can download via FTP, where you can restart it, etc.
