How to setup Active Directory using asp.net 2.0?

Hey Guys,

so I'm trying to play with authentication against Active Directory / LDAP using the default ASP.NET 2.0 "ActiveDirectoryMembershipProvider", I have windows 2000 server at home, but I have no idea how to set it up the proper environment, any pointers or articles that is a good step-by-step tutorial on that?

Better yet, does jodo have anything like that for me to play with? :) :)

The only thing we have with AD is exchange and some VPSes, VPs could give you an environment like this, but I wouldn't have the first clue where to start :D
 
haha, thanks Stephen, I just wanted to throw it out there :)

Now i realize the job of network admin is not as easy as it seemed . 8o
