We have to reboot hvm19 as its network was not responding. The server will be up shortly.
 
It seems to be a network issue and we did a reboot, the server came up and then windows went to black screens, and network went down again it now seems to be some hardware related issue. Guys are on site now checking it out. Will keep you updated.
 
It looks to be a probable hardware issue, the server came up after a reboot and ping retrned and a few moments later went black.

now even the sensors on the server are not reporting status which means the motherboard is the issue. We are working to arrange a swap of the hardware and get it back up and running.
 
We are probably looking at an hour in best case here, and if a 'simple' motherboard swap doesn't work it may be even longer, but we will report back to you.
 
We have it up with new mobo on workbench making some final changes due to MAC address(network card) changes with the new motherboard and then we will re-rack the server and be back online.
 
Server is up and VMs are up on rack, but network isn't up yet we are still working on this now.
 
And it is up now, we had an issue with ghost nics keeping the old IPs locked, had to clear that out and then we were able to re-assign.
