The server is up, I am preparing a new hardware node (since this is specifically a hardware not cloud server it isn't as easy to move) for this machine, as there is some issue in this one the RAID keeps breaking over and over which is causing this issue, we've already changed out both of the hard drives in it yet it still continues.
We'll work on making file sync and settings changes to bring it to new hardware and on Windows 2008 R2 as the same time, as 2003 is just having too many problems recently as well.

We had rebooted the server and is Up and running fine now.
We have replacement hardware up and installed for this and starting file sync process on it, which we will keep ready for use if needed in the very short term and plan a proper and full migration otherwise in the next day or two with some notice as we set the time of switchover.
