IDE for PHP?

Any one can suggest a free IDE/Editor for developing in PHP? I've seen Zend Studio, but it is not free :(

Forgot to mention - for Windows , not Linux/Unix :)
 
Lol, well, no, Dreamweaver once messed up my IIS ( one+ year ago, don't remember exactly). So no trust to it anymore. Yeah I know, there is a new and better version, but still no trust :(

I've got EditPlus, found that my company has a license, so just using it :)
 
Hey Patrick -- nice website by the way... I noticed that you're a former Delphi programmer too :)
Love the language... used it since it first came out. It's too bad M$ is sort of taking over, Delphi is a great language and interface.

Yep, really loved Delphi once, still do, but no more programming with Pascal/Delphi, since I work only with C++ for now. Well, the world can't be perfect (how pity :p ), so I stick with what brings me money for living, lol
