Incoming mail bounced

bro

Perch
Mail sent from xxxx.edu to one of my clients domains on JH ([email protected]) was bounced many times today by mail2.myresellerdomain.net.
These are the headers returned by their smtp server.
Any explanation I can give them?

Please disable and enable "mail-relay"
A few of earlier versions of Hsphere were a bit buggy with this feature and it practically did no configuration on Secondary mail server.
