India office - limited connectivity - Resolved

We are seeing limited connectivity in the India office right now on both primary and backup provider, and unable to answer tickets or live chats in a timely manner, the phones are also seeming to be impacted at times. Of note is that 3rd party checking/monitoring stations in the New Delhi area are also having some problems staying online/available for use.
 
The issue is with Airtel backbone, we have very limited access via another link now and working in the capacity possible. Tickets will be sorted by order of urgency.
 
We have 3 techs on lower speed links now that work, work may be slower than usual, but is happening. We apologize for this as we have made the best out of a bad situation.
It seems like a localized fiber cut in some areas around the office, as quite a few without service.
 
The sales and billing mailboxes will be the slowest to reply right now. If you have an urgent matter like past due billing and account shut down it may be best to submit a tech support ticket reference.
