Internet issue in Office impacting live chat and tickets

Our staff is not able to access the internet via our primary or backup links and they cannot answer live chat or tickets due to this. We are working to rectify this ASAP.
 
We are up now for about 25 minutes from a backup to backup connection. We're having to go through a couple extra hoops to manage and answer tickets now, but able to again take chats and tickets and do work in general so a vast improvement. It looks like there may be a line cut impacting out primary and backup office net links, but we were able to get another one up and going that's a temporary solution.
 
We're back on normal uplinks after a crew was out all night repairing a fiber cut outside the office. Good to be back full speed net!
