Ip for VPS accounts

Is additional IPS needed if someone once to use like 15 FTP login users on VPS accounts. Or can it be set like we do in H-SPhere??

you can do many FTP logins on one vps account, i think you need to send a ticket to get mroe IPs, but just for 15 FTP accounts an IP is not needed for them
